We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Jaanuu scrubs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed and unworn scrubs with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed once the items are inspected.
